Favorite Healthy Snacks

  I’m going to share some of my favorite snacks I like to buy. Whether you are going on a trip, need some snacks for your kids lunches, or your like me and LOVE snacking!

  These snacks will keep those hunger pains away till your next meal and they have healthy ingredients so you don’t have to feel guilty eating them! Alot of them have protein as well to keep you fueled. 

  Another plus is they are all on amazon so you can get them ordered right to your door you don’t even have to go to a grocery store to get them! 

  1. Item number one is mid day squares.

These are literally to die for! they are so good and have very high quality ingredients. They will take away your sweet tooth cravings and give you that much needed bust of energy. They are one of my top picks!

2. Number Two is gomacro bars

 

 I personally love  all the peanut butter ones with chocolate chips and the almond butter ones! They are so good with that chewy texture and yummy butters in them. Also they are high in protein so they will help you get your protein intake for the day!  A perfect on the go snack for anywhere and any place! Kids and adults alike! Another benefit is that it is all good quality ingredients so you can feel your best without all those preservatives!

3. Chomp Sticks 

Are you a meatstick lover but don’t like all the nasty ingredients in all the meatsticks out there well then you have found the right one. These are 100% grassfed and they are non gmo. Plus the animals aren’t given any of that awful antibodies or hormones that other meatsticks you would buy would probably have. Also they are super low in calories and have 10 grams of protein.

4. Solely Gummies

 

  If you or your kids love gummies then these are perfect! They are made out of fruit alone so they have a fruity flavor and are super flavorful. Also it has no added sugar or any other harmful added ingredients like other brands have. They perfect snack for your kiddos without the sugar rush afterward!

5. Hu Chocolate

Are you like me and love chocolate anytime of the day but want a healthier option then this is the perfect one for you! I have tried lots of dark chocolates out there and these by for were my favorite! A plus is that they are made out of organic ingredients and the sugar is cane sugar instead of the refined sugar that is in so many other chocolates! All in all it is a much better chocolate for you! Highly recommend!

6. Almond Butter

 Call me crazy but I eat this stuff by the spoonfuls. It is soooo good and is a great source of healthy fats. So if you are a almond butter lover like me then check out this one! It is USDA organic and it only has two ingredients not all those other added ingredients that don’t need to be in almond butters.

7. Siete Grain Free Tortilla chips

 These chips are so stinkin good! They are a perfect salty snack when you have that salty craving. My family can eat this whole bag in one day because they are so addicting. They are gluten free and are made out of avocado oil which is way better then all those other seed oils out there! You can eat them plain, with guacamole, salsa, or any other type of dip you like.

8. That’s It Bars

  These are another snack that is made strictly out of fruit with no other ingredients in them. They are super good and are perfect for your child that loves to snack but you don’t want them to have all those added ingredients that are so bad for your health. Also they are a great snack for adults as well!

9. Simple Mills chocolate chip cookies

 These little cookies are so addicting and super delicious! If you are a person that loves sweets but don’t always have time to make baked goods for your kiddos lunch or yours then these would be perfect. They are made with good quality ingredients and don’t have any other bad ingredients in them like so many other store bought cookies can have in them. They are also gluten free so if you are gluten free you can still indulge in these delicious cookies.

10. Simple Mills Crackers

  Do you sometimes get  a craving for crackers but want a healthier option then these are just for you. They are made out of only 8 ingredients and are super delicious. In my opinion they are way better then any of the other store bought crackers out there. Also they are gluten free as well for all the gluten free people out there. 

11. Truvani Bars

  Have you heard of the food babe? Well this just happens to be her famous protein bars and let me tell you they are super delicious. Especially the oatmeal chocolate chip and the chocolate peanut butter ones. They are a great source of protein and carbs and are made out of real ingredients. 

12. Unreal Candy

  Delicious is the best way I can describe these candy bars. I don’t really like the other snicker bars but these are soooo good. They are they perfect sweet thing for yourself or your kiddos without all the bad and harmful ingredients that is in other candy out there. So if you are looking for a healthier version of candy then these are perfect for you.

13. Skout bars

  These little guys are the perfect snack for your toddlers (or for yourself even if you aren’t a little kid ). They are made out of only good quality ingredients and ingredients that can be found in your kitchen none of those preservatives so many other kids bars would have in them. It is definitely  a guilt free thing to give to your child and the perfect snack for them to pack for school lunches.

14. The Good Crisp Chips

  Does your kids love some chips in their lunch but you don’t like feeding them all that extra oil that isn’t good for them then this is perfect. They are only made of 6 ingredients not like the other chips with loads of ingredients I don’t even know how to pronounce. They taste super good as well and are gluten free.

15.Pitted Dates

  Do you like dates for a pick me up snack well these here are perfect. They are USDA organic and don’t have any other ingredients or added sugar like some dates in the store would. These fruit can be eaten plain, in smoothies, in baked goods, with nut butters and so much more.  They also can be really good for the health and have many health benefits. They are an excellent source of fiber.

16. Simple Mills Granola bars

  These granola bars are super delicious and soft. They are gluten free and made of great ingredients just like the rest of the things simple mills makes. They are also a great source of Carbs. I love to put one one my yogurt to add some other toppings and it just makes it so much better in my opinion.

17. Lesser Evil Popcorn.

  If I had to describe this popcorn in one word it would be addicting because this popcorn is so good and addicting. I cannot get enough of it somedays it seems. Also it is made out of 3 simple ingredients which is even better. Also it has coconut oil instead of awful canola oil! When I eat popcorn with canola oil I feel yuck afterward but I can eat as much of this as I want and I feel fine. Its the perfect salty light snack for when you have the nibbles.

18. Siete churro chips

 These things taste like candy I kid you not they are so good. They are perfect for when you want something sweet and crunchy at the same time. They are also made out of coconut sugar instead of refined sugar which is even better. So if you haven’t tried them out I highly recommend them they are super good and not to mention addicting as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   Well that was the end of the list. Hopefully you found some great smack options for your kiddos lunches or for just snacking in general. I know for me it makes me so much happier when I know I am putting good quality food into my body. So if you haven’t tried any of these in my list I highly, HIGHLY recommend buying them and trying them out.
