Greek Yogurt Pizza

This pizza is so moist and soft it is ridiculous! Plus the dough is made with two simple ingredients! Yogurt, flour, and whatever seasonings you want in it. How simple is that! I love to take it in my lunch and I’m sure your children would love it if you have children. It is definitely a better option then those store bought pizza lunchables that are supper fake and not good for you. 

I will warn you though the dough can be a little sticky so you will definitely need to put flour on your surface you are kneading it on or you will be in trouble! You could even try adding a little oil if need to your hands that might help as well. Now without further ado lets make this pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of garlic salt 

  • pinch of basil

  • 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt

Directions

  • combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl

  • Then add your greek yogurt and stir with a wooden spoon till it is mostly combined then put on a well floured  surface and knead with your hands. Be ware the dough will be sticky. then use a rolling pin and shape the dough.

  • Once your dough is shaped add the your pizza sauce and cheese on and then whatever toppings you want.

  • Then stick it in the oven on 375 and cook for 12-15 minutes and then broil for 1-2 minutes to get it a little crunchy. Then slice and enjoy!
